Gangnam Burger was born from two Korean friends who spent years in kitchens and wanted to build a burger around the Korean flavors we grew up with. We came to the States young and grew up surrounded by a blend of cultures and tastes, and that mix naturally shaped the way we cook. So we started experimenting — mixing, tasting, fixing, messing up, then trying again — choosing our own beef cuts, blending sauces by hand, and chasing that balance between comfort and excitement. What came out is simple: burgers with Korean soul and a touch of global curiosity. Nothing fancy, nothing overthought — just food we genuinely love to eat, and now want to share with Seattle.
